Yes - data is usually stored in SQL server or Jet databases. We can provide a separate Access database that is linked to this data and can be used to develop individual queries and reports. Storing this in a separate database protects these from any updates that may be applied to the system.

Maintenance and support is provided free of charge for a period of time following commencement of live running. This period is typically 3 months for a product sale and 12 months for a new development. Thereafter charges are applied annually in advance. These charges amount to 15% per annum of the initial development and / or licence cost.
